Lead Rope Soloing the ’redundant flow’ method

This is how I climb long multi pitch routes solo, belayed with two Wild Country REVO’s on two half-ropes (), using two Petzl Micro Traxions taped on my harness for one-handed loading and unloading as cache loop ’managers’ as well as Wild Country Ascent Lite HMS karabiners with rubber rings as ’backfeeding-brakes’. This setup allows me to move faster on long routes than any other system I have tried. AND, I feel comfortable with the redundancy instead of a serial backup. Smooth feeding no stopping due to backup knots etc. feeling safe = speed fun If interested, please check out the detailed text about the idea behind this setup here: Elements shown: 0:00 Start 0:22 Getting to the belay 0:39 Re-stacking the ropes 0:57 Fixing the ropes at the anchor 1:12 Loading and attaching the REVOs for the next lead 1:57 Leading the next pitch 3:43 Clipping the ’backfeed-
