Students from India-Russia-Belarus participate in Chess Tri series on United Day Occasion

Celebrating United Nations Day at Ashoka! 🤝🏆 On the grand occasion of United Nations Day, our Ashoka students showcased exceptional talent in the Tri-Series Students Chess Exhibition Matches. Proudly representing the Indian Delegation alongside Russia and Belarus, a total of 16 students from each country competed in the U-12 Boys, U-15 Boys, and Mix Girls categories. Mix Girls (U-12 & U-15): Ashoka students clinched the top spot, with Belarus securing second place and Russia earning the third position. Under 12 Boys: Belarus claimed the 1st position, Russia secured 2nd place, and our students proudly took the 3rd position. Under-15 Boys: In a closely contested category, Belarus seized the 1st position, our students showed remarkable prowess at 2nd place, and Russia secured the 3rd position. 🏆 Overall Championship: Belarus emerged as the Overall Champions 🏆🥇, with our students representing India securing a commendable 2nd position 🥈, and Russia securing the 3rd position 🥉.
