Hammer Fist Glen Levy fa jing demo

Most of Eric Chen’s students missed the seminar because of a Wushu competition. So Glen demonstrates the hammer fist on one of them for class. It was 1/16th force as opposed to Coach Eric’s which was 1/4 - 1/2.
