1. Check the ingredients [Stove, Dalgona kit (ladel, wooden chopsticks, cookie cutters, flattening spatula), sugar, baking soda, tray]
2. Coat the prepared tray and flattening spatula with sugar so the dalgona doesn’t stick.
3. Scoop two tablespoons of sugar in the ladle.
4. Turn on the burner on low heat, and melt the sugar by stirring it evenly with chopsticks.
5. The sugar can burn if it is too hot, so be careful! Control the heat while stirring the sugar.
6. When the sugar melts into liquid, add baking soda twice by using chopsticks.
7. After adding baking soda, keep it far from the fire and stir it. (It can easily burn near the fire.)
8. When the dalgona rises, move it to the sugar-covered tray.
9. And stir it in a circle twice with chopsticks before it hardens!
