12 Minute IMPOSSIBLE EMOM | Well very difficult #crossfitemom
12 minute CrossFit style emom (every minute on the minute). The original version / RX version has a lot of box jumps and burpees that need to be completed in the one minute window. I scaled both of these back by 5 reps. I wanted to keep the barbell heavy and thought I would be ok at 5 reps. However I scaled back to 3 reps, the humidity made it really difficult to grip the bar.
