THOR HAMMER KETTLEBELL | 10 - 20 minute Home Workout
Thor hammer kettlebell workout that involved lunges and swings. Great workout to work grip strength, strong posture and of course your legs. Emily will be using a normal standard kettlebell whilst I’ll be using the Tribe Wod Thor Hammer Kettlebell (55lb).
This workout was programmed by District H here in Houston Texas. If you only have a dumbbell the workout can be easily modified to use that also.
