This is the original mono #1 Billboard hit version from 1958. Notable differences from the commonly heard stereo version is the echo effect on the “Yakety Yak“ refrain, and the missing saxophone riff after “don’t you give me no dirty looks“ is now included (although it sounds a bit stilted).
