90-minute yin yoga for confidence

This 90-minute yin yoga class is one of my personal favorites. It opens up the hips, and allows the energetic centers of the body associated with confidence and decision-making to open. Because poses in yin yoga are held from 3-5 minutes in this class, I recommend only going 50-70% into each stretch. The goal is to release tension in the fascia, as well as around the joints, and approaching this practice with mindfulness and ease will get you the best results. Recommended props: a block, strap, and blanket.
