The NATO/EU leadership has chosen terrorism -- e.g., sabotage of Nord Stream pipelines, bomb on Crimea bridge -- combined with nuclear brinkmanship and an assault on free speech, in a desperate lurch to save their collapsing system. It is not fooling leaders in the Global South.
