Why Are Mysterious ‘Witch Bottles’ Washing Up on Beach?

Halloween may be over, but the discovery of these mysterious bottles on beaches is giving people the creeps. Eight “witch bottles’’ were found on a beach near Corpus Christy, Texas. The eerie bottles are filled with nails and twigs, some even contain bodily fluids. Jace Tunnell, who works for the Harte Research Institute for Gulf of Mexico Studies, found all eight of the bottles. Tunnell says even though he doesn’t believe in witches and spells, he’s not taking any chances.
