SHH-Automatic Vial and Ampoule Combo Filling Production line The SHH-XD ampoule and vial injection combo washing- dryingfilling-closing production line is composed of the SHH-CL series vertical ultrasonic washing machine, SHH-SMR series depyrogenation tunnel, SHH-GF series ampoule and vial filling machine, and SHH-GL series capping machine whilst the four machines can also be used independently. Suitable for production of ampoule injection of 1-20ml and vial injection of 2-30ml, it can complete more than 20 work procedures suchas ultrasonic bathing, three-time WFI and recycled water washing, three-time compressed air flushing, exterior wall water washing and compressed air flushing, preheating, drying, sterilizing, depyrogenation, cooling, pre-fill gas purging, filling, post-fill gas purging, sealing, stoppering and capping.
