A Soviet song about the death of the father of independence of the other Congo, the Democratic Republic of Congo. Though not a communist, Lumumba was pro-Soviet, which lead to his capture and execution. This sent shockwaves throughout the world and further escalated the Congo Crisis that led to the communist Simba Rebellion.
