Jin Ta joined the Singapore Symphony Orchestra as Principal Flautist in 1998. He started learning music at the age of five, and studied flute at the Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, where he studied with Keith Bryan and Leone Buyse.
