Install cement board and brick tiles in the mudroom, extending the loft, winter is over?

I break out the power tools to install and cut material for a floor in the breezeway. The weather is switching here, and despite a lot of snow on the ground, maple sugar season may be starting. Until the master bedroom is built, I’m sleeping alone in the loft which means a lot of ladder climbing so I make it a little safer until I come up with something more permanent. Thanks for Watching!
