WARM-UP FOR HANDS 👐 I have a long-standing idea to share with you my warm-up hand exercises that I use to prepare for my frisbee practice. In this first block, I’ll introduce you to several exercises that will help develop finger autonomy, joint flexibility, and hand muscle elasticity.
