M/S of a giant model of a nurse next to words ’All for Barts’ - looks like part of a carnival float. L/S of the model being pulled down crowd lined street by two shire horses, a brass band walks in front. A float from the Daily Mail newspaper follows; is has the body of an aeroplane with no wings on it.
