Full title reads: “Murder From The Skies“. London. VS Good night shots of buildings and warehouses in flames in the dockland area of London. Shots show huge sheets of flame coming up from many gutted buildings and of firemen trying to control the inferno. Damage caused by bombing and air raids. VS Good shots of ruined building and craters in the roads incl. damaged East End streets, ruins around St. Paul’s Cathedral, London bus lying upside down against house, firemen playing hoses onto still smouldering buildings, a tram lying on its side in a ruined street with the bogies and tracks several yards distant, ruined rows of homes and suburban houses, ruins of hospital - ext. all morning after material. Shot of little girls clearing rubble off pavement. VS. of King George VI inspecting the ruins in the suburbs. He chats to ARP (Air Raid Precautions) men. N.B.
