He is accompanied by Air Minister Sir Kingsley Wood, and is met by Air Chief Marshal Sir Cyril Newall and Air Chief Marshal Sir Hugh Dowding. They shake hands. M/S as the Rumanian flag is unfurled. They salute as Rumanian national anthem (?) is played. L/S as the camera pans across airmen stood to attention, King Carol and the officials, and an aeroplane on the airfield. L/S as King Carol and Prince Michael walk along and inspect the aeroplanes. Various shots as they look at the aeroplanes in great detail and discuss them with officers. M/S of barrage balloon in the sky. M/S of Hawker Hurricanes taxiing and taking off. Various shots as King Carol sits and watches the display.
