Clacton-on-Sea, Essex. Full titles read: “BRIGHTENING OUR REGATTAS! - Wun Lung & his Chinese Pirates lured by smell of birds nest soup destroyed by volley of hambones and Clacton Rock. Humorous item. Various shots of people in fancy dress on board a number of rowing boats just of the seashore. The pirates through a variety of objects at each other and appear to be waving and shouting abuse. One man is even thrown overboard! L/S of the the boats attacking a larger boat with a sail. L/S’s of captured pirates being led ashore by policeman with a funny comedy walk!
