Item title reads - Come a sailing! with our cameraman, aboard Sir Thomas Lipton’s famous yacht “Shamrock“ at Plymouth Royal Regatta. Plymouth, Devon. Intertitle - ’The gun boomed and we’re off!’ L/S of yachts sailing slowly along the water, one overtakes the others.
