Item title reads: “ Farewell 1926! Hilarious Middlesex Hospital Students ... in ancient handsome cabs ... jazz the old year out.“ London A group of students dressed in long white gowns, some with bandaging over their heads and faces pose for the camera, playing various brass instruments, trumpets, saxaphones, etc. Some get onto a horse drawn cab and continue to play. Crowds have gathered to see the stunt as the cabs pull out, one after another, into the street by the hospital. They halt the traffic, which include a postman with a basket carrier bicycle, and another with a box carrier. The camera pans with the last cab as it sweeps away, a coachman with whip at the back.
