Albert Hall, London. Scenes at the Chelsea Arts Ball. Some nice fancy dress outfits at this New Year’s Eve party thrown by the Chelsea Arts Club. The theme is “fun“. The interior design is by artist John Minton. Balloons fall from the roof to herald the New Year. Various shots of the revellers. Parade of tableaux and floats. The crowd (mostly art students) try to wreck the place. All part of the fun apparently. (Orig. Neg.) (Title Scene ’C’) Note: programme for the Ball held on file. FILM ID: A VIDEO FROM BRITISH PATHÉ.
