Out takes (rushes, cuts) for HURRICANE DISASTER HAVANA in G 1344. The original story is also on Pathe Master tape *PM0650*. Includes intertitles from American version: “The Cuban capital’s streets are strewn with wreckage of business buildings and homes“ and: “The famous Maine Monument, familiar to visitors as one of Havana’s chief sights now lies in ruins“. L/S of smashed monument. American intertitle: “Large portions of the city are cut off from water supply and the stricken population form impromptu bucket brigades“. M/S of women carrying buckets of water down street strewn with debris. L/S of team of men using ropes to pull tree out of road. Various shots of men chopping up wood from fallen trees.
