Just Dancers - By The Milne Sisters (1931)

“Meet two lively young Steppers-out.“ Various shots of the Milne Sisters doing a high kick routine. Their routine includes doing the splits and some acrobatic balancing. M/S of one of the sisters balancing upside down shows some rather nice fringed knickers. Balancing sister does scissor movements with her legs. The girls stand with one hand around the others’ waist, grab their left ankles and jump around with their legs in the air. “You’ll never be troubled with that full-figure-feeling if you try these dance movements.“ M/S of the girls as they spin around. One of the girls lifts her sister aloft as she does a backwards bending movement, puts her hands on the ground and kicks her legs back over her head. The girls do lots of handstands on one hand only then a little tap routine. High angle shot of their feet as they tap. They then do some unusual linked cartwheels, they hold onto each other as they go over in turn. Was an item in Eve’s Film Review issue number 548. Safety prin
