Safety Last First! (1933)

“The other day we came across a young motor cyclist who can make any short ride a gay one.“ M/S of a man riding a motorcycle down a country road. He has no hands on the handlebars. He leans backwards so that he is almost lying down on the bike. A man who is cycling along the other way is amazed by this stunt and turns around to watch as he cycles past. The man sits up straight on the bike. He puts his feet up on the handlebars and holds his arms out. He then rides the bike side-saddle. Another shot show him standing on the seat as the bike travels along. He takes a cigarette out of his pocket and lights it up as he moves along. “The spice of motor cycling is variety.“ M/S of man lighting up. Was an item in Eve’s Film Review issue number 626.
