He waves his hat and sits down on the rail again. M/S as he chats to journalists who are taking notes. M/S as he signs an autograph for a little girl. L/S of large crowds, they follow his car as it drives through the streets, police ride on the side of the car. L/S of the car making its way slowly through the crowds who are surrounding it as it drives slowly along. Charlie waves at them, he gets out and walks through the crowd to a building with a police escort, the crowds push forward.
