Great job by California Highway Patrol. These adorable furballs were spotted taking a risky road trip, right in the middle of traffic! The puppies were almost hit by a motorist who reported them to 9-1-1. Officer Carter responded and rescued the whole pack of abandoned puppies. The pups are at the Fresno Humane Animal Shelter.
