Final sequences were filmed at Utah’s Wendover Airport, formerly Wendover AAF/AFB where project Silverplate B-29 crews trained to deliver nuclear weapons during WW2. The Hughes 500C helicopter N9103F was substantially damaged on February 23, 1974 when it collided with a baggage cart during film work at the Hollywood-Burbank Airport (now named the Bob Hope Airport). The Sud Aviation (now Aerospatiale) SA-316B Lama helicopter N13583 was destroyed in a single-
