General Choi Hong Hi 100 Anniversary

During the ITF meeting held in Buenos Aires, I showed a video of the 100th birth anniversary of General Choi, founder of Taekwon-do. In the video, I did not only want to show the highlights of the history of ITF´s Taekwon-do, but also , part of the thinking of Gral Choi through his teachings and desires. With indomitable spirit he repeated: “there are not two countries but one (Korea)“, “there are not two Taekwon-do but one.“ He was a visionary to whom time proved him right. This is my tribute to the one who was a soldier and a patriot, and he will be remembered mainly as the Father of Taekwon-do GMaster Mario Troiano
