In Walthamstow, a crowd of 100 counter-protesters amassed carrying banners of ‘Oppose Tommy Robinson’ and ‘Refugees Welcome’ amid fears that far-Right agitators are planning to target an immigration lawyer’s office in the town centre. Elsewhere in London, hundreds of counter-protesters gathered outside an immigration advice centre in Brentford and there was a counter-demonstration by the old fire station in Hackney.
