Tyrone Proctor and Shabadoo are expert waackers in the dance world, and you should research both of them for additional inspiration in your waacking style. How to Waack 1. Start off by waacking your arms back. Bring your arms up, bending them at the elbows and thrusting your chest forward. When your arms are up by your neck, circle them again and bring them back to the original position. 2. Now try one arm at a time. For this you will waack your shoulder very hard, tossing it forward as hard as you can. As you do this, waack your arm back as shown in the video, bringing the arm up into a circle.
