Everton and Portugal midfielder André Gomes suffered a fracture dislocation of the ankle at Goodison Park against Tottenham Hotspur on 3 November - an injury that looked to have ended his season. But just 112 days later, he returned to the pitch after a remarkable recovery aided by a wonderful attitude and work ethic and the medical staff around him.
