There are two really obvious edits at 0:08 - 0:11 and 2:13. The former is from an actual take -- only rearranged differently -- and the latter was from a bridge that was added prior to tracking that didn’t make the final cut; the ’stabs’ were kept, but instead of transitioning into a breakdown it reverts to the chorus. Notes: 0:17 - 0:18 - cymbals complement vocal melody 0:39 - 0:41 - snare falls with every new string of 16th kicks 0:43 - 0:45 - 8th note displacement 0:51, 2:55 - chick-chick-chick-chick! 1:44 - 1:46 - a brief but difficult sequence
