Using a Quantel HAL from 1997 for DextersTecLab intro

Thanks to mark from DextersTecLab for restoring my Quantel HAL for me. now i can build an intro for his youtube channel on it. the music credits for the intro also go to him. the Quantel HAL was used for tv-design and promos in the 1990s. @rsTechLab
