MASSIVE SHIPWRECK - 4K FOOTAGE - SAINT SIMONS ISLAND - AERIAL

Aerial footage of the 656 foot long ship that capsized in St. Simons Sound, September 2019. The ship is planned to be removed by large floating cranes that will saw the ship apart into large sections that will then be used to lift it onto barges in order to remove the ship from the shallow sound. Ironically, the ship is named Golden Ray and it will forever be remebered as part of the Golden Isles. Footage over The Village in St. Simons Island with Jeykll Island in the background.
