The Innovative Sony R1

I’ve been excited to get my hands on this camera for a long time. It took a little bit of luck, and a missing grip to get a great deal a few months ago and here we are. The Sony R1 is an APS-C sensor camera from 2005. It was the first camera to use an APS-C sensor on a fixed lens camera. It also has an amazing tilty screen that sits on top of the camera. But best of all, the 24-120mm equivalent Carl Zeiss branded lens is fantastic. Overall, great camera, just good luck getting a good deal on one!
