Porch pirate disguised as trash bag caught on video stealing packages from home

A crafty porch pirate was caught on a California doorbell camera disguised as a garbage bag as he approached a house and stole a package. Video shows the unidentified person walking up to Omar Gabriel Munoz’s home in Sacramento on March 29 covered in a trash bag with only their feet and slippers visible.
