DRAGONLANCE - Bad D&D Movies Part One | Cynical Reviews

It rolled a natural 1 for performance. Welcome to Bad D&D Movies, a series in which I review movies of questionable quality based on the Dungeons and Dragons licence. In this first episode, I take a look at Dragonlance: Dragons of Autumn Twilight, based on the first book in the Dragonlance Chronicles, written by Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman based on their experiences playing through the first of the Dragonlance game modules. With an overly-condensed and rushed narrative, stock characters, and awful animation, it’s no surprise that, despite some solid voice acting, the film bombed among both fans of the Dragonlance books and with the general audience, killing all hopes for future instalments of the franchise. But maybe we can get something out of it. ----LINKS---- MERCH - PATREON - CHANNEL MEMBERSHIPS - TWITTER - INSTAGRAM
