Equestria Girls - HD

HELL YEAH 30000 VIEWS Have you ever noticed that the video for Equestria Girls isn’t available in any higher quality than 480p? I did. And that wasn’t good enough for me. So, I took my 720p iTunes rips, extracted the h264 video tracks from them (Sony Vegas doesn’t like MKVs) and got to work on recreating the video using the clips from the show. I would have used the 1080p clips, but those have the banners and adverts all over them, something I somehow managed to avoid except for a single shot near the end, where Sarah Wall got her name put over the scene with those big hair things. It’s not frame-perfect. It’s pretty close though. I did my best on the lip-syncing and such, but some parts could only be perfectly recreated if I had the raw flash files. (Compare Spike’s sandwich in the original music video and Episode 25) Oh yeah, the ending. I didn’t have a good-quality version of the HUB screen, so I went with ’These are the ponies I love the most'
