Josh Thomas - The Cuckoo

Josh Thomas playing “The Cuckoo” on his 5-string resonator banjo which, according to Thomas, was recently gifted to him by a local preacher. This recording was made by Mike Seeger, presumably at Thomas’ home in Virginia sometime in the 1960s or 1970s.
