Surface Pro 3 external cooler gives 60% performance boost.

The Surface Pro 3 overheats when rendering causing the Turbo Boost to down-clock. Do this to restore full 2.6 Ghz power. 60% improvement. (At your own risk!) This was done for fun but there’s an important point here that applies to all CPUs. Keep it cool!
