2024 YEAR OF THE DRAGON COOKIES | easy 4 ingredient butter cookies!

Did you know that 2024 is the year of the dragon? What better way to celebrate than making cute and festive dragon butter cookies. Ingredients: (makes ~12 cookies) 100 grams unsalted butter, softened 50 grams powdered sugar 1 egg yolk 200 grams all purpose flour food coloring 1. Cream together the butter and sugar 2. Add in the egg yolk and mix until combined 3. Mix in the flour until a dough forms 4. Dye the dough into desired colors 5. Shape the cookies 6. Refrigerate for 20 minutes 7. Bake at 150C/305F for 25 minutes 8. Decorate with royal icing or chocolate Note: I did decorate these cookies with royal icing but you can always use melted chocolate instead.
