UNDER 5 MINUTES HARDCORE WORKOUT CHALLENGE

This challenge was inspired by the Wswcf regulations for their online strength competition. Its 3 muscle ups 40 jump squats 15 pull-ups 30 dips 10 chin-ups 20 push-ups on the floor All under 5 minutes. We all have been trying it.
