Ecstatic Dance at Shunya Wellness in Arambol Goa with Esta Polyesta

Ecstatic Dance is about the music and the movement. It’s a space where people come to dance without talking, without their phones and without shoes. No drugs no alcohol. The people get so high in the peaks and dig so deep in the lows because it is a magical group field energy , possible because there are no distractions like talking and telephones. A full session takes 2.5 or 3 hours from beginning to end. You get the best experience if you join from the beginning. Being part of the group that dances together from beginning till end, facilitates for you the possibility to have a deep and meaningful experience that is also a lot of fun.
