Description: FUN Latin/International workout filled with 8 individual choreographed songs each with unique styles, flavors, and rhythms. To start, the warm-up includes a standing toning section for the abdominals as well as targeting the lower body. After that, you will find yourself doing the Cumbia one moment, shaking your hips the next, fun Salsa variations, shimmies, rocking it out with knee twists, on to the Flamenco, then kickball changes, and mambo cha cha’s before the stretch. Time will fly by with this effective workout, and Latin Zoom will soon become one of your favorites.
