Emily Builds a Sailboat! REDESIGN! - CLC Eastport Nesting Pram (Ep 4)

PROBLEMS SOLVED! Chesapeake Light Craft comes to the rescue! We have worked out the issues with starting with the wrong plans. We have worked out a design to make my boat able to do everything I want it to, including nesting, and a lot of ideas of our own. I’ve made great progress this week. I have the hull almost complete and was able to build the sailing components (rudder and centerboard). I also learned that working with fiberglass has a big downside. Itchiness! This model is based on the Eastport Nesting Pram (plans by Chesapeake Light Craft - ). It will weigh approximately 75 lbs, and be just under 8 feet long, made mainly of okoume.
