Elemental Succession: A Potentially Decent Niche Set

Elemental Succession was changed in PTS patch to be considerably stronger. It now provides 550 spell damage on a (supposed to be) 4 second cooldown. On classes where elemental damage (Fire, Shock, and Frost) are high, such as on a magicka Dragonknight, this set may end up being a decent option to use.
