[FGO NA] Karna 3T looping

Just cuz I saw some comments of people saying he cant loop the damage with double Oberon is quite inconsistent so its not used often (man farming node for good looking damage purposes) Karna is still bad though NA: 012,641,151 (Follow me if you want)
