The Pandoras - Come Inside (1987) Full Album

The 1987 unreleased Elektra Records album from an original test pressing. This album provides the missing link between the 1986 album “Stop Pretending” and the 1988 album “Rock Hard”. Karen Blankfield had been forced out from the band during the album’s recording due to disagreements with band management and was replaced by Kelly Dillard, who appears on the album cover. Allegedly, Karen filed a lawsuit against The Pandoras and Elektra Records. Elektra A&R man Steve Pross who signed the band (who was dating Paula Pierce at the time), was fired, and he also allegedly filed suit. The label decided to scrap the album and drop the band. The band was notified in December 1987. The 3rd song, “Just A Picture”, was part of an Elektra Records sampler cassette. Three of the songs, “Run Down Love Battery”, “Take The Lead”, and “Wear My Ring”, ended up on the “Psychedelic Sluts” bootleg, along with demos from August 1986.
