Judge Benitez Crushes Another California Gun Law

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the huge ruling from the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, where the Honorable Roger T. Benitez has found California’s mandatory background check for ammunition laws, as well as their ban on importation of ammunition from out of state to have not one, but three Constitutional problems.
